Returns/Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Window
We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date, plus an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We provide reverse pick-up services with a fee of Rs 150 deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items. This deduction applies to the entire order, not per item.
Pick-up Attempts
Two pick-up attempts will be made. If the courier cannot pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to our address. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit, gift card, or reward points will be issued within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address or contact number.
Product Condition
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as received. Products returned in poor condition or worn will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Allow 7 days for processing returns and reflecting the amount in your bank account. Note that refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit, a gift card, or reward points equivalent to the amount paid, usable anytime. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear. STRAPS (Operated by FRESHARTH Pvt. Ltd.) may change the products or categories to which this policy applies at its discretion without prior notice.
Refunds for Free Product Deals
Items purchased during promotions like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar deals where free products are included will not be eligible for returns.
Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, please courier the product(s) to:

Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the full amount plus INR 100 (for courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders and as store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
Important Notes
- Please do not use Professional Couriers for self-return as they are unreliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse.
- Ensure your courier costs do not exceed the stipulated amount. We recommend using Speed Post as your courier service.
Terms and Conditions
- Bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of the brand.
- If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not received the order, contact us within 24 hours via email at support@strapsme.com.
- The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including following all product instructions, keeping documents and wrappings intact, and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- If the product does not conform to standards at the time of delivery, contact us promptly via email at support@strapsme.com or WhatsApp +91 92008 03000 within 1 day of receiving the product. Provide details of the product and its damage. Further instructions will be given.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. Refunds aim to be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the confirmation email date.
